How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items take about 3-4 weeks to build. Shipping takes
an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
Do you sell the bowls and faucets too?
No, the bowl and faucet shown are not included, you must
purchase these items from your local home supply store.
Tops, back splashes and mirrors are each sold
separately. The tops are shipped without any openings cut
for the bowl/faucets, you or your plumber will need to cut
the opening to fit whatever style of bowl you choose.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express. If you prefer to use a personal check, please
place your order by telephone. We will send you an email
confirmation of your order upon immediately upon receipt.

Yes, you receive an automated confirmation immediately.
Do you have finish samples?
Yes, you may order finish samples at $3.00 per sample.

Can I change my order after it is placed?
Since this order will be manufactured especially for you,
we can not accept any cancellations or changes to the
order once production has begun. If your order is
cancelled after the production process has begun a
re-stocking fee of 30% per item will be charged.
What about shipping and delivery?
Our furniture is boxed & shipped via freight trucks. The
freight rates are approximately 12% to our "eastern" zone which is the
eastern and central time zones and 15% to our "western"
zone which is Mountain and Pacific time zones. States with
two time zones will generally pay the lower rate with a
few exceptions. There is an additional $35 handling charge
applied to these rates for orders of less than $200.00.
What if my furniture is damaged?
Our carriers are professional furniture delivery people,
however, if carton damage is evident upon delivery, open
the carton at that time, in front of the delivery person.
If it is determined that the furniture is indeed damaged,
refuse to take delivery, note on the bill of lading
"furniture was delivered damaged by the carrier". The
driver will then return the furniture to our factory at no
cost to you. We will either, repair and return the item to
you, or manufacture you a new piece at our discretion.
Our Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our goal. We warrant all products we
sell to you to be free of manufacturing defects. If you
are dissatisfied in any way when you receive your order we
will gladly refund your purchase price, less return
freight and a 30% restocking fee. Please call our
